How to make
Simply Air Fryer
Chicken Thighs (bone-in, skin-on) Oil Coriander (optional) Salt Granulated Garlic BBQ Sauce
First, make 2 to 3 diagonal cuts into the skin of each chicken thigh, lightly cutting the meat.
Next, whisk together olive oil, coriander (optional), salt, and granulated garlic in a large bowl.
Add the chicken thighs and coat them well with the marinade. If you have time, you can also cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Air fry the chicken thighs at 380°F for 10 minutes on one side. Then flip and cook for another 5 minutes on the other side.
Brush the tops with some BBQ sauce and air fry for 5 more minutes. Flip again, brush with more sauce, and cook for another 5 minutes.
The exact cooking time can vary. Remove the cooked thighs from the air fryer and let them rest. Then serve and enjoy!
