Air Fryer Chicken Breast & Potatoes

Simply Air Fryer

What You'll Need

Chicken Breasts Potatoes Oil Garlic Powder Paprika Salt Black Pepper Parsley (Optional)

Start by washing the potatoes and cutting them into cubes, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Add them to a large mixing bowl.

Next, combine the oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Also, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.

Brush half the oil-spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.

Add the other half of the oil spice mixture to the potato cubes and mix well.

Once preheated, layer the potatoes into the air fryer basket, then place the chicken breasts on top.

Air fry at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 19-21 minutes total. Shake the basket every 5 minutes and flip the chicken halfway through.

The exact cooking time can vary. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the chicken and let it rest on a plate covered in foil. Cook the potatoes more if they aren't done. Then serve and enjoy!
