Cut the chicken breasts, bell peppers and red onion into strips. Then place them in a mixing bowl.
Add the oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well so that the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.
If you have the time, cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to marinate.
Preheat the air fryer to 380F. When it's hot, add the chicken and veggies in one even layer. If your air fryer is very small, cook in batches.
Air fry at 380F for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. The exact cooking time can vary depending on your air fryer.
You can serve the chicken fajitas with warmed tortillas and toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
