Simply Air Fryer
Chicken Breast

Place the pieces of chicken breast, some oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat.
In another bowl, add the chopped vegetables. We used zucchini, shallots, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Add more soy sauce, oil, and spices and mix well.
Thread the chicken and vegetable pieces onto wooden skewers in turn. You should end up with 6-7 skewers.
Preheat the air fryer to 380F. When it's hot, add the chicken kabobs in one even layer. If your air fryer is very small, cook in batches.
Air fry at 380F for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for about 8 more minutes until the chicken is cooked and tender. The exact cooking time can vary.
You can serve the chicken kabobs with sauces of your choice and pita bread, rice, potatoes or other sides of choice. Enjoy!
