How to make
Simply Air Fryer
Chickpeas Garlic Cloves Shallot Parsley Baking Powder Coriander Pepper & Salt Water Sesame Seeds
Soak chickpeas overnight, then drain them and blend in a food processor. There's no need to cook them. Add water to help with blending if necessary.
Next, add the shallot, garlic cloves, parsley, salt, black pepper, coriander, and baking powder. Blend until everything is well-mixed.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and season to taste with more salt and pepper if needed. Now preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
With wet hands, form the mixture into similar-sized balls, 1-2 inches in diameter. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer.
Spray with oil, then air fry the falafel at 400°F for about 5 minute, then flip, spray with more oil, and cook for another 3 minutes until golden on the outside.
Once they are done, remove the cooked falafel from the air fryer. Allow them to cool slightly, then enjoy with sauces or in a pita wrap!
