Air Fryer  Fish Tacos

What You'll Need

White Fish Fillets

Flour + Egg

 Breadcrumbs + Salt

Tomato + Lettuce

Oil Spray + Tortillas

Salsa + Greek Yogurt

Prepare the bredding station. Dip the pieces of fish first in the flour, then in the egg and lastly in the breadcrumbs.

Preheat the air fryer to 380F. Spray the basket with oil spray and add the pieces of breaded fish in one even layer. They shouldn't touch.

Air fry at 380F for 6-7 minutes, then flip them, spray with more oil and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked.

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and salsa. Optionally, add lemon or lime juice, zest, pepper, garlic powder and/or paprika.

Place the pieces of fish in tortillas. Top with tomato slices, chopped iceberg lettuce, sauce and other toppings of choice (e.g. cilantro and lime). Enjoy!
