Air Fryer Ham Steak

Simply Air Fryer

What You'll Need

Ham Steak Oil Brown Sugar  Maple Syrup

Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. While it heats, mix the sugar, oil and maple syrup together in a bowl.

Once hot, place the ham steak in the air fryer and brush the top with half of the oil and sugar mixture. Air fry at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.

Flip the ham over with tongs and brush the other side with the remaining mixture. Air fry for another 4-5 minutes until lightly browned and heated through.

Once cooked, remove the ham steak from the air fryer and cut it into pieces (optional). It goes well with side dishes such as brussels sprouts and potatoes! Enjoy!
