How to make
Simply Air Fryer
Chicken Thighs Lemon Zest Lemon Juice Olive Oil Salt Black Pepper Dried Thyme Garlic Powder
Start by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, dried thyme, and granulated garlic together in a large bowl.
Add the raw chicken thighs and mix to coat them well. You can cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. This is optional.
Now, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Then add the chicken thighs, skin side down, in a single layer.
Air fry the thighs for 15 minutes, then flip them over and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until fully cooked and crispy.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once done, remove the chicken and allow to rest for a few minutes.
These lemon chicken thighs go well with garlic sauce or tzatziki and pair nicely with rice, quinoa, or potatoes, and vegetables. Enjoy!
