Simply Air Fryer
Oats Ground Cinnamon Sugar Butter & Salt Egg Baking Powder Chocolate Chips Vanilla Extract
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Then add the egg and vanilla extract and beat for another minute.
In a blender, pulse the oats for a few seconds until ground slightly. Be sure not to over-blend.
In another bowl, mix the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Then stir them into the butter-egg mixture. Add the chocolate chips and stir.
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F, then line the basket with parchment paper. Shape dough balls and flatten, then place them in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the cookies at 320°F for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown and firm on the edges.
Once they are done, remove the oatmeal cookies from the air fryer. Let them cool on a wire rack (they'll harden as they cool), then enjoy!
