Crispy Air Fryer Potato Skins

What You'll Need

Potatoes Oil Cheddar Cheese Bacon Pieces Salt Black Pepper Sour Cream Green Onion

Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, cut the boiled potatoes in half, then scoop out some of the flesh (don't scoop out too much!).

Spray or brush the skins with oil and season them with salt and pepper. Then place them in the air fryer basket.

Air fry the potato skins at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes until crispy and lightly golden brown in parts.

Add the grated cheese and cooked bacon and air fryer again for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Once done, remove the potato skins from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Then top with  green onion or chives, and sour cream. Enjoy!
