Wash and dry the potatoes. Then cut them into 1/2 to 3/4 inch sized cubes.
Peel the onion and cut it into half. Then cut the halves into slices (they should have the same thickness).
Preheat the air fryer to 380F. Meanwhile, add the potatoes, onions, oil and spices to a bowl and toss until evenly coated.
When the air fryer is hot, add the potatoes and onion and give the basket a gentle shake.
Air fry at 380F for 13-16 minutes until the potatoes and onions are cooked. Shake the air fryer basket every 5 minutes.
When done, remove the potatoes and onions from the air fryer and serve. They make a great side dish or breakfast addition.
