Begin by preheating the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the chopped salmon, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, herbs, and black pepper in a blender until smooth.
Add the panko and blend more, Then form the mixture into patties about 1/2 inch thick and 4 inches in diameter.
Spray the air fryer basket with oil, then add the salmon burgers in one layer. There should be no overlap.
Cook the salmon burgers at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 6 minutes, flip, then cook for another 6 minutes until cooked through.
Once cooked, remove the salmon burgers from the air fryer and dress them on a bun with toppings of your choice. Enjoy
