How to make
Simply Air Fryer
Chicken Thighs Grated Ginger Corn Starch Soy Sauce Apple Cider Vinegar Brown Sugar Salt & Pepper Olive Oil
Cut the chicken thighs into smaller pieces, then set aside in a bowl. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, grated ginger, salt.
Dissolve the cornstarch in some water and add. Cook the sauce on medium heat and stir until it thickens. Then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Preheat the fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and drizzle the sauce over the chicken pieces. Toss to coat. Save some sauce for later.
Place the chicken in the air fryer and arrange into an even layer. Cook in batches if your air fryer is quite small.
Cook the chicken at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 8 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature 165 degrees Fahrenheit).
Drizzle the cooked chicken with the rest of the teriyaki sauce you saved and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy!
