Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon

Simply Air Fryer

What You'll Need

Salmon Fillets Soy Sauce Apple Cider Vinegar Ginger & Garlic Olive Oil Brown Sugar Cornstarch Black Pepper

Mix soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, oil, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Set half of the mixture aside for later.

Take half the marinade, place it in a dish, and add the salmon fillets skin-side up. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Then place the salmon fillets into the air fryer skin side up, and cook for about 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the rest of mixture in a saucepan over medium heat. Add dissolved cornstarch and cook until the sauce has thickened.

Flip the salmon fillets after 7 minutes and brush them with the freshly-made teriyaki sauce. Use as much as you like.

Cook the salmon for another 4 minutes or until fully cooked and flaky. Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion (optional)! Enjoy!
