Air Fryer Turkey Burgers

Simply Air Fryer

What You'll Need

Ground Turkey  Salt & Coriander Paprika Garlic Powder Olive Oil Cheese Slices Buns Additional Toppings

In a mixing bowl, mix together the ground turkey, salt, paprika, coriander, and garlic powder. Also preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.

Form the mixture into patties. You can use a round mold with cling film or your hands. The patties should be about 1 inch thick and 4 inches in diameter.

Place the patties in your fryer - do not overlap. If they don't all fit, cook in batches. Air fry the patties at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.

Flip the turkey burgers and cook for another 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Once cooked, add cheese (optional) and air fry until melted. Dress the burgers with buns and toppings of your choice and enjoy!
