Broccoli Cauliflower Oil Salt Garlic Powder Black Pepper
Start by cutting the broccoli into small/medium-sized florets on a cutting board.
Next, cut the cauliflower into similar sized florets. The cauliflower can be cut slightly smaller to help the veggies finish air frying at the same time.
Next, add the cut florets to a strainer and wash and dry them well. At this time, also preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the clean and dry florets to a mixing bowl and add the oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place the raw florets into the air fryer basket and shake the basket to settle them into one even layer.
Air fry the broccoli and cauliflower at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-9 minutes until the veggies are tender. Shake the basket every 3 minutes.
Once done, place the cooked broccoli and cauliflower into a serving bowl and enjoy as a delightful side dish!
