How to make

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts & Potatoes

Simply Air Fryer

What You'll Need

Potatoes Brussels Sprouts Red Onion (optional) Oil Garlic Powder Salt Black Pepper

Start by washing the potatoes and cutting them into cubes, about 1/2 inch thick. Add them to a large mixing bowl.

Next, wash and trim the Brussels sprouts. Remove the stem and excess leaves, then cut them in half. Also add them to the mixing bowl.

Optional: Cut a red onion in half or quarters. Then cut them into slices of even thickness. Add them to the bowl. You can also skip the onion.

Now add the oil, garlic powder, pepper, and salt to the bowl with the veggies and mix everything together.

With all the vegetables evenly coated, preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add the veggie mix to the air fryer basket and gently shake so they settle in an even layer. Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes.

Shake the air fryer basket every 4 minutes. This helps the potatoes and brussels sprouts cook and brown evenly.

When the potatoes and brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the air fryer and place in a serving dish. Serve and enjoy!
