How to make

Air Fryer  Donuts

Simply Air Fryer

What You'll Need

All-Purpose Flour Powdered Sugar Cane Sugar Instant Dry Yeast Salt Warm Milk Egg Melted Butter Ground Cinnamon

Starting with the dry ingredients, whisk together the flour, yeast, sugar, powdered sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Next, add the wet ingredients. Add the milk and egg to the mixing bowl, along with the melted butter - except for 3 tablespoons.

Use the dough hooks of your electric mixer or your hands to knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise for 1 hour.

Sprinkle some flour on your work surface and roll out the dough, about 1 inch thick. Cut circles (4 inches and 1 inch) in the dough to form donuts. Allow to rise again.

Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit, then spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil and place the donuts in the air fryer basket.

Air fry the donuts for 5-6 minutes then flip and air fry for another 4 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown. Cooking time may vary.

Brush each donut with butter and coat in cinnamon-sugar, or make a simple icing to drizzle on top. Enjoy!
