How to make

Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Simply Air Fryer

What You'll Need

Salmon Fillets Salt Coriander Olive Oil Maple Syrup Soy Sauce Sesame Seeds

Add the maple syrup, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, and coriander to a small bowl. Mix well, then cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and add them to the bowl.

Mix well so the salmon pieces are evenly coated. Then cover the bowl and let the fish marinade in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.

Preheat your air fryer to 360 °F. Place the salmon bites into one layer in the air fryer without overlaop. Cook at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 minutes.

Then flip and cook for 3-5 minutes more until fully cooked and flaky. Do not overcook or the salmon may dry out.

Once done, place the cooked salmon bites in a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy with a sauce or as is!
