Simply Air Fryer

Wash and dry the veggies, then chop the peppers, shallots, and zucchini and place them in a bowl with the other vegetables.
Now, preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Add the spices and oil into the bowl with the vegetables and mix everything together.
Next, thread the vegetable pieces onto wooden skewers one at a time in whatever order you prefer.
Place the raw vegetable skewers into the preheated air fryer in one layer and cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for about 6-8 minutes.
Flip the vegetable skewers and air fry for another 3-5 minutes until the veggies are cooked and slightly crispy. Cooking time may vary.
Once done, remove the veggie skewers from the air fryer. You can serve them with sauces or sides of your choice. Enjoy!
