Ready in minutes and with basically no hassle, air fryer frozen cauliflower is a versatile side dish that goes with lots of different mains!

Recipe Tips/Substitutions
Before you air fry frozen cauliflower, quickly read through these recipe tips:
- You can vary the spices used to suit your tastes. We like to keep it simple with salt, pepper, and garlic powder but some people might want to some kick in the form of cayenne pepper.
- Since every air fryer is different, these cooking times might vary slightly. It really depends on how brown you want your cauliflower on the outside.
- Unlike with air frying fresh cauliflower, frozen cauliflower has quite a bit of moisture in it. As such, it is unlikely to get as crispy as unfrozen cauliflower. Just keep that in mind when you air fry so you don’t get disappointed.
We use this air fryer for our recipes and it has been great.

First, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the meantime, add the frozen cauliflower florets to a bowl. Also add oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.

Toss everything together well until the cauliflower florets are evenly coated.

When the air fryer is hot, add the cauliflower and gently shake it until the cauliflower is in one even layer.
Make sure to not overcrowd your air fryer – otherwise, the cauliflower might not cook evenly.

Cook the cauliflower for 10-15 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
Depending on your preferred level of browning, you can also cook the cauliflower for a few more minutes.
Shake the air fryer basket approximately every 4 minutes to allow for even cooking and browning.
Since every air fryer is slightly different, your cook time can vary a bit.

When the cauliflower is done, remove it from the air fryer. Enjoy!
Storage Tips
You can store leftover cauliflower florets in a sealed container in the fridge.
It’ll last for around 3-5 days like this – but due to the moisture content, you’ll want to eat it sooner rather than later.
To reheat this cauliflower, you can toss them back in the air fryer or reheat it in the microwave.
