Recipe Tips

Before you head for the kitchen to make frozen buffalo cauliflower in the air fryer, read through these recipe tips so that you know what to expect!

  • You don’t usually need to thaw or spray the frozen cauliflower bites with any oil before cooking. Often, the batter already contains enough oil.
  • There are various different brands that make frozen cauliflower wings/bites. Their exact cooking time can differ slightly. The thickness of the cauliflower bites and your air fryer can also affect the cooking time. Just keep an eye on your cauliflower bites to ensure they are fully cooked and golden brown on the outside!
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer when cooking the cauliflower bites. Otherwise, they might not end up getting crispy.
  • The buffalo sauce usually comes with frozen cauliflower bites. You can choose to toss the cooked wings in the sauce or dip them in one by one. The choice is yours – just keep in mind that tossing the bites in sauce can make them getting soft if you don’t eat them right away!

Storage Tips

Once you make frozen cauliflower bites in the air fryer, eat them hot and fresh! If you have any leftovers, store them in a sealed container and in the fridge.

They’ll last like this for 3 days but eat them sooner rather than later because the longer they sit the softer they will get.

We usually reheat cooked cauliflower wings in the air fryer and they get quite crispy again if they haven’t been covered in buffalo sauce before.
