Craving a sweet snack or delectable dessert? Then you absolutely have to try air fryer peaches!
Made from peaches that are just ripe and a little bit of sugar, cinnamon, and butter, grilled peaches in the air fryer can be topped however you like – and even enjoyed with ice cream, yogurt, and more!

Recipe Tips
Before you make grilled peaches in the air fryer, check out these few recipe tips so that you achieve the best results:
- It’s important that that peaches are “just ripe”. If they are too soft, they will get too soft once you cook them in the air fryer. If they are too hard, they might not taste as good since they won’t be as sweet and they may not soften up in the air fryer as desired.
- Make sure that the butter is soft, otherwise it will be difficult to mix it with the sugar and cinnamon. If you don’t have any butter that is at room temperature, you can place some in the microwave for a few seconds. Just be careful to not accidentally melt the butter – you want it to be soft, not melted!
- We use avocado oil spray to coat the flesh side of the peaches because it has a light/neutral taste. We do not recommend olive oil because it has a stronger taste which might clash with the sweetness of the dessert. If you don’t have avocado oil, you could also use canola oil, sunflower oil, or another neutral-tasting oil that you have on hand.
We use this air fryer for our recipes and it has been great.

Wash the peaches and dry them. Cut them all around with a knife, twist them open, and carefully remove the pit.

Next, mix the soft butter, sugar, and cinnamon together in a small bowl. At this time also preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray the flesh side of peaches with a tiny bit of oil spray. If you don’t have any oil spray, you can also brush a little bit of oil on them.
We use avocado oil and would not recommend olive oil because it has a strong taste.
When the air fryer is hot, place the peaches flesh side down (round side up) into the air fryer. Cook the peaches like this for 5-6 minutes.

Then flip the peaches over and place a dollop of the butter-sugar mixture into the middle (into the crater where the pit once was).

Cook them for another 4-6 minutes until the flesh is soft and the butter/sugar has slightly caramelized on top.

Once done, remove the peaches from the air fryer and serve them as is, with ice cream, yogurt, whipped cream, graham crackers, chopped nuts, maple syrup, or other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
Storage Tips
Since peaches in the air fryer are best enjoyed hot and fresh, you should really only make as many as you require.
Of course, if you have leftovers, you can store them in a sealed container in the fridge. They’ll last for up to 3 days.
You can eat them cold but or warm them back up in the microwave or even your air fryer.
What to Serve Air Fryer Peaches With
Air fried peaches are super tasty and sweet on their own so you can definitely just eat them as is.
However, you can also eat them with ice cream or yogurt, or with whipped cream, graham crackers, chopped nuts, maple syrup, and a variety of other toppings of your choice!

Air Fryer Peaches
Ingredients
- 2 peaches, just ripe
- avocado cooking oil spray, (no non-stick spray!)
- 2 tablespoons butter, soft
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, more to taste
- chopped nuts, graham crackers, ice cream, whipped cream, or yogurt for serving, optional
Instructions
- Wash the peaches and dry them. Cut them all around with a knife, twist them open, and carefully remove the pit.
- Mix the soft butter, sugar, and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray the flesh side of peaches with a tiny bit of oil spray. If you don’t have any oil spray, you can also brush a little bit of oil on them. We use avocado oil and would not recommend olive oil because it has a strong taste.
- When the air fryer is hot, place the peaches flesh side down (round side up) into the air fryer. Cook the peaches like this for 5-6 minutes.
- Then flip the peaches over and place a dollop of the butter-sugar mixture into the middle (into the crater where the pit once was). Cook them for another 4-6 minutes until the flesh is soft and the butter/sugar has slightly caramelized on top.
- Once done, remove the peaches from the air fryer and serve them as is, or with ice cream, yogurt, whipped cream, graham crackers, chopped nuts, maple syrup, or other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
Notes
- Be sure that the peaches you use are "just-ripe". If they are too ripe, they will squish when you try to remove the pit and will get too soft once cooked. If they are too hard, they will not taste as good.
- Some of the butter-sugar mixture might drip from the peaches and caramelize in the air fryer – that’s normal. It tastes delicious so don’t just discard it without at least giving it a taste (but make sure your air fryer is clean when making the peaches – it won’t taste good if there are leftover bits of food from previous times mixed in).
