Start by preheating the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes or until it indicates that it is preheated.

Meanwhile, cut the ham into small pieces. Then place the sliced ham and tomatoes in the silicone muffin cups. Fill the cups halfway to 2/3 full.

Place the eggs and other ingredients in a bowl.

In a bowl, add the eggs, milk, salt, and garlic powder.

Mix everything thoroughly, then add the grated cheddar and mix again.

Instructions
