First, preheat the air fryer to 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
When it is hot, add the frozen potato pancakes in one even layer. Be sure to have no overlap so that the pancakes can cook and crisp evenly.

Air fry the frozen potato pancakes for 10-12 minutes total until fully heated and golden brown on the outside.
Flip the potato pancakes halfway through the cooking time.

When done, remove the potato pancakes from the air fryer. You can serve them with ketchup, sour cream, quark, apple sauce, or other dips/sauces of your choice. Enjoy!
Storage Tips
Once you air fry frozen potato pancakes, they are best enjoyed hot and crispy. However, if you have leftovers, you can store them in a sealed container and place them in the fridge.
Moisture might make them a little softer but they will still taste great and might even crispy up again if you reheat them in the air fryer. You can also just eat them cold!
