Storage Tips

If you have leftover twice-baked potatoes, let them cool completely, then store them in a sealed container in the fridge. They’ll keep for up to 3 days.

Keep in mind that the skin will lose its crispness due to the moisture in the fridge.

When it comes to reheating twice-baked potatoes in the air fryer, we’d recommend a lower temperature, such as 280 degrees Fahrenheit, for just a few minutes until the potatoes are heated through.

You can also use a higher temperature, such as 350 degrees Fahrenheit if you want to make sure that the potato skin gets crispy again. Just watch the tops so that the potatoes don’t accidentally get too dark or burn!

What to Serve Twice Baked Potatoes With

You can serve twice-baked potatoes with all kinds of vegetables and/or meats. And to be fair, they are already a delicious meal on their own!
