Storage Tips

If you have leftover cooked pork belly slices, you can store them in a sealed container or wrapped in foil in the fridge. Properly stored, they will keep for up to 3-4 days.

While stored in the fridge, the pork belly will likely lose some of its crispiness.

To bring some of it back, we recommend reheating the pork belly slices in the air fryer, at a temperature of around 300 degrees Fahrenheit for a few minutes until heated through.

Don’t overcook the pork belly when reheating as this can make it tough.

What to Serve Air Fryer Pork Belly With

Air fryer crispy pork belly can served with many different sides. Potatoes such as regular baked potatoes, twice baked potatoes, or a combo dish like Brussels sprouts and potatoes are always a good choice.

Air fryer green beans or even parsnip fries would also make a nice addition to this pork belly served as a meal!
